Five quick, delicious ways to make the most of your Cloud Farms rocket. No fuss, no fancy equipment — just peppery fresh leaves and simple ingredients.

Rocket & Parmesan Salad

  • Big handful of Cloud Farms rocket
  • Shaved parmesan
  • Lemon juice
  • Good olive oil
  • Toasted pine nuts
  • Salt & cracked pepper

Toss the rocket with shaved parmesan, a squeeze of lemon, and a generous glug of olive oil. Season with salt and cracked pepper, then scatter toasted pine nuts over the top. Done in three minutes — the perfect side for almost anything.

Rocket Pesto Pasta

  • Two big handfuls of Cloud Farms rocket
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50g parmesan, grated
  • 30g pine nuts
  • Olive oil
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Your favourite pasta
  • Chili flakes

Blend the rocket, garlic, parmesan, pine nuts, olive oil, and lemon into a vibrant green pesto. Cook your pasta, then toss it with the pesto and a good splash of starchy pasta water to bring it together. Finish with chili flakes for a little kick.

Prosciutto & Rocket Pizza

  • Pizza base (homemade or store-bought)
  • Tomato sauce & mozzarella
  • Sliced prosciutto
  • Big handful of Cloud Farms rocket
  • Olive oil
  • Shaved parmesan

Bake your margherita pizza until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling. Pull it out of the oven, then immediately pile on torn prosciutto and a generous handful of fresh rocket. The residual heat just barely wilts the leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and shave parmesan over the top.

Pear, Walnut & Blue Cheese Salad

  • Big handful of Cloud Farms rocket
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • Crumbled gorgonzola or blue cheese
  • Handful of toasted walnuts
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Splash of white wine vinegar

Whisk together the olive oil, dijon, honey, and vinegar into a simple dressing. Arrange the rocket on a plate, layer on the sliced pear and crumbled blue cheese, scatter the toasted walnuts, and drizzle the dressing over everything. Sweet, sharp, peppery, creamy — it all works.

Steak with Rocket & Cherry Tomatoes

  • 1 good steak (scotch fillet or sirloin)
  • Big handful of Cloud Farms rocket
  • Punnet of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt & pepper

Season your steak generously and sear it in a hot pan to your liking. Rest it for five minutes, then slice against the grain. Toss the rocket and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, balsamic, salt, and pepper, and pile onto a plate. Lay the warm steak slices on top — the heat gently wilts the leaves underneath. Beautiful.
