How We Grow
Your Greens

No soil. No sprays. No weather worries. Just clean, fresh leaves grown in a sealed indoor farm in Alexandria, Sydney — operated by Phyllome.

01

Sealed Clean Rooms

Our greens grow inside fully enclosed, climate-controlled rooms — sealed off from the outside world. No bugs get in, so we never need pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides. Not a single drop, ever. The air, light, temperature, and humidity are all dialled in for each variety so every leaf grows exactly the way it should.

02

Grown in Water, Not Soil

Our plants grow hydroponically — their roots sit in nutrient-rich water instead of soil. That means no dirt on your leaves, no grit in your salad, and no need for a chlorine wash before packing. The water is recycled through a closed-loop system, so we use 95% less water than a traditional farm.

03

Harvest to Pack in 3 Minutes

Because we grow and pack under one roof, your greens go from living plant to sealed package in just three minutes. No long truck journeys from regional farms. No days sitting in a warehouse. They're picked at peak freshness and dispatched the same day — which is why they stay crisp for up to 28 days in your fridge.

04

Grown in Alexandria, Sydney

Our farm is built and run by Phyllome, right here in the city — not hundreds of kilometres away. That means shorter delivery distances, lower emissions, and greens that arrive fresher. No long-haul refrigerated trucks. No cross-country cold chains. Just locally grown food for local plates.

That's It. Clean Food, Simply Grown.

No gimmicks, no complicated science — just a smarter way to grow greens that are better for you and better for the planet.
